Reef Endurane CORE: Liquid Element Trio

Do you need trace elements?  Are current trace element instructions too complicated?

In today’s world and with the help of social media, almost everybody in the hobby shares pictures and videos of their tanks.  And I am not going to lie to you, some of the tanks I see are absolutely stunning.  The tanks are packed with growing corals and amazing coloration.

You probably have seen these gorgeous aquariums as well and ask yourselves, how do they do this?  What can I do to make my tank look like that?  I do my water changes, keep my alkalinity and calcium at optimal levels, have plenty of light yet my corals are dull and not getting any better.

Over the years, I have come to know some of the caretakers of these stunning tanks and if there is one thing that they all have in common is that water changes alone are not enough.  Most are adding loads of different trace elements.  Iron, Iodine, Boron, Strontium, Magnesium.  Heck, if you look at their setups, all you see are countless bottles with elaborate dosing equipment.

I know some companies out there have developed dosing regimens that try to simplify things.  The problem is that their version of simple is really not that simple.  Some company tells me that I need to dose based on the amount of calcium my corals are consuming… how the heck do I do that?  Or you end up dosing so many different small bottles each day that you spend more time working on the tank than enjoying it!

We need a product that makes it super easy for us to know how much to add? A product that keeps the number of bottles to a minimum and can replenish my tank with all the necessary trace elements for corals to thrive, grow and have awesome coloration!

Reef Endurance is a new line of supplements that include all necessary trace elements in a simple to use 3-bottle regimen!  Every known trace element your coral needs is included at the optimal levels of consumption.

Part One is your calcium supplementation but it also includes Magnesium, Strontium, Molybdenum, Manganese, Bromine, Bromide, Boron, Cobalt, Iron and Zinc.

Part two is your Alkalinity supplementation and it also includes Potassium, Iodine and Boron.

Part three, Reef Erection is literally a growth stimulant specially formulated for high-demand SPS systems.  It supplements the two part regimen with Magnesium and Strontium for faster coral growth.

What makes Reef Endurance different is the simplicity.  Since 90% of the time, alkalinity and calcium are consumed at equal rates, all you need to do is add equal parts of Reef Endurance part 1 and part 2.

At the same time, you are automatically adding all beneficial trace elements at the right proportions.  You don’t have to worry about adding X amount of iron because I added Y amount of calcium. Reef Endurance takes the guesswork out of the equation.

Say you have a 200 gal reef tank.  It does not matter if the tank is SPS dominant, or a mix of LPS and SPS. The alkalinity and calcium consumption are both related to the type of corals you have.  If you have an SPS tank only, the consumption will be much higher than a tank with a combination of SPS and LPS.

Now, let’s say you have done testing and your alkalinity is at 9dKH and your Calcium is at 425ppm.  You tested again 24 hrs later and you noticed that your Alkalinity went down to 8dKH.

Reef Endurance simple to use calculator allows you plug in your numbers and easily figure out that you need 8ml of Part 2 to get your alkalinity back to 9dKH.  Since both Alkalinity and Calcium are consumed at the same rate, you also need to add 8ml of Part 1 to your system. In those 8ml of part 1 and 2, you are also adding the optimal amount of trace elements for your corals to use.  It’s that simple!!!

What about the growth stimulant?  Corals use additional Magnesium at Strontium at a much slower but very predictable rate.  So if you are adding 8ml of Part 1 and 2 day, all you need is to add 8ml of Reef Erection once a week!

Reef Endurance is perfect for automation.  Using a simple 3 or 4 head doser, you can setup part 1 and part 2 to dose once a day.  Then set up the 3rdhead to dose Reef Erection or Magnesium once a week.  If you are really looking for increased stability, split the total dosage into multiple smaller parts that are administered throughout the day!

On a personal note, we here at CoralVue have been using Reef Endurance for over a year with great success.  Most of our day is consumed with product testing, support, sales and creating more videos for you that we really do not have time to setup complicated systems.
