The Reef Octopus Prime Skimmers are constructed of high-quality cast acrylic and PVC that disassemble completely for cleaning.

Their unique Super Cone "wine glass shape" body naturally stabilizes and concentrates the organic rich foam as it rises. Equipped with a custom modified Aquatrance pinwheel pump with rare earth magnet pinwheel impeller, they produce a perfect mix of water and air for optimum waste removal.

These skimmers feature a unique "twist and lift" collection cup to make removal and cleaning a simple task, an easy to use vented wedge valve provides precise control, and an underwater outflow for quiet operation.
