Pharmaceutical-Grade Magnesium Sulfate Aquarium Supplement

Reef Endurance Magnesium Chloride is a pharmaceutical-based aquarium supplement that mixes crystal clear with no unwanted impurities. Maintaining a proper magnesium level of 1200-1350ppm in reef aquaria helps achieve the essential balance of calcium and alkalinity in the aquarium by preventing excess calcium carbonate precipitation. For best results, use Reef Endurance Magnesium Chloride for complete balance.

Stock Solution Mixing Instructions:

1gal RO/DI + 1181.25 grams (about 5.25 cups) of Magnesium Chloride + 378 grams (about 2 cups) of Magnesium Sulfate

Fill a one-gallon container half full of RO/DI or distilled water
Add 1181.25 grams (about 5.25 cups) of Magnesium Chloride and 378 grams (about 2 cups) of Magnesium Sulfate to the container.
Fill the remaining volume of the container with RO/DI or distilled water, then secure the cap.
Shake vigorously and allow to dissolve for 24 hours altogether.

TIP: A precipitate (calcium sulfate) will form, which is normal. Adding this to the aquarium will not cause any problems.

Dosing Instructions:

1 mL of Magnesium Chloride stock solution will raise magnesium by approximately 14 ppm in 1 USG. Increasing magnesium by more than 50 ppm per day is not recommended.

Tip: If you have issues raising your alkalinity levels, ensure your aquarium magnesium level is between 1200 and 1350 ppm.

This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.
