CoralVue Aquarium Products has been dedicated to serving the needs of fish supply stores, coral farmers, fish breeders, aquarium service companies, distributors, and public aquariums since 2002.
Located in Slidell, Louisiana, CoralVue's warehouse strives to deliver your orders promptly. We partner with well-known carriers like FedEx and USPS to deliver your packages, and we use heavy-duty packaging to protect your products during the shipping process. Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking number and invoice. Processing times may vary depending on the order type, but in case of any delays or out-of-stock items, we will keep you informed. Please note that all orders placed after 1 PM CST will be shipped the following day, and orders placed during national US holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If you have a business account, you can enjoy free ground shipping if your order is $500 or more and your shipping address is within the contiguous United States. However, please keep in mind that certain items are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged a freight fee, including:
If your order includes items that need freight shipping, a "pending freight costs" notification will be displayed during checkout. Your CoralVue Sales Representative will reach out after your order is placed to share the exact cost, which may also account for handling fees associated with shipments needing special attention. This fee encompasses extra resources for large shipments, such as liftgates, special notifications, residential service, and limited access. You'll find this fee prominently displayed during checkout.
At no extra cost, you have the option to drop ship directly to your customer within the contiguous United States. During checkout, simply input your customer's Name, Address, and Phone number in the shipping fields. Our fulfillment system will then automatically produce a drop shipping label, using your business information as the shipper. All drop ship orders have a 3-5 day processing time.
We ship all international orders through FedEx, UPS, or the US Mail service. Please note that the US Mail service is a bit risky and we can only insure the package. If there is any damage, you will have to file a claim with your carrier, which can be a time-consuming process.
For new wholesale international customers, we only accept bank wire transfers for their first order. Please contact your sales representative for more information. Once we establish a good business relationship, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Unfortunately, credit card payments from some countries are not accepted.
Please note that Free Shipping is not available for orders placed from international locations, APO addresses, and the states of HI, PR, and AK.
Please report any damages to our office within 48 hours of receiving your products. You can notify us by email or phone. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in credit denial. Please ensure that you have received all cartons and none of them are damaged before signing for them.
