IceCap ATO EZ Replacement DC Refill Pump
Maintaining precise water levels and stable salinity in marine displays relies on consistent automated freshwater delivery. The IceCap ATO EZ Replacement DC Refill Pump (SKU: IP-ATOEZ-DCPMP) is the official OEM replacement submersible feed pump designed specifically for the IceCap ATO EZ Auto Top-Off System. Over time, running reservoirs dry, mineral buildup from top-off additives, or physical wear can degrade pump impeller performance or cause motor stall.
Powered by an energy-efficient 5W / 12V DC brushless motor block, this compact replacement pump sits vertically inside your freshwater reservoir. When the IceCap ATO EZ triple-optical sensor detects a drop in sump water level, the controller energizes the pump to push fresh top-off water through 6.5mm ID tubing directly into your system. With a maximum head height of 78 inches (6.5 ft) and a flow rate of 50 GPH, it handles typical cabinet-to-sump and cabinet-to-display elevations with ease.
System Compatibility Note
This replacement pump features the specific power jack wiring harness designated for the IceCap ATO EZ controller. For the legacy standard IceCap ATO controller model, refer to SKU IP-ATO-DCPMP.

- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of the owner's or his agent's first knowledge of the defect.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages of any nature, however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.

Installation & Set-Up Guidelines:
Unplug the main power supply supplying your IceCap ATO EZ system.
Disconnect the old pump cable from the port labeled "PUMP" on the sensor connection harness.
Carefully detach the flexible output water tubing from the barbed outlet nozzle of the worn pump inside your freshwater reservoir.
Slide your flexible tubing firmly onto the outlet nozzle of the new IP-ATOEZ-DCPMP pump and place it upright at the bottom of your reservoir.
Plug the 6ft cable lead into the "PUMP" port jack on the ATO EZ harness, reconnect main system power, and verify automatic fill operation.
Pro Tips:
- Always Use an Inline Siphon Breaker. When setting up your refill hose leading from the pump to your sump or tank, always install the IceCap Siphon Breaker fitting above the highest water level of your reservoir. This prevents fresh reservoir water from passively siphoning into your aquarium after the pump turns off.
- Never Run the Pump Dry. Brushless DC pumps rely on surrounding water for motor cooling and internal lubrication. Keep your ATO freshwater reservoir adequately filled so the pump intake remains fully submerged at all times.
