IceCap 4K Gyre Flow Pump (Pump Only)
The IceCap 4K Gyre Flow Pump is a crossflow circulation pump rated for aquariums from 25 to 150+ gallons, with a maximum output of 4,000 GPH and a minimum of 1,286 GPH. It uses licensed gyre technology from Maxspect to move water horizontally across the full length of the tank. That flow reaches the opposite wall and returns, completing a full circulation loop with no dead spots. At double the maximum output of the 2K model, the 4K is built for larger displays where the 2K's 2,000 GPH ceiling falls short.
This listing is for the pump and mounting base only. It is designed for hobbyists running or planning to use the HYDROS WaveEngine, which powers and controls the pump directly through its Direct Drive ports. With the IceCap Gyre WaveEngine adapter (sold separately), the 4K connects to the WaveEngine without a separate power brick or external controller. For multi-pump builds on the WaveEngine, the pump-only version reduces cable clutter and consolidates control into a single platform.

Pro Tips:
- The 4K needs the adapter to connect to the WaveEngine. Like the 2K, this pump does not plug directly into the HYDROS WaveEngine without the IceCap Gyre WaveEngine Pump Adapter, sold separately. Confirm you have the correct adapter before purchase.
- The 5/8" wall clearance gives you more options than the 2K. If your tank has thicker walls and the 2K's 1/2" magnet limit was a barrier, the 4K's 5/8" rating fits a wider range of glass and acrylic builds. Measure your wall before ordering either model.
- Size up for larger tanks, but don't oversize smaller ones. The 4K's minimum flow of 1,286 GPH is already above the 2K's minimum. In smaller tanks, the minimum flow alone may be more turbulence than the livestock can handle. Use the 4K for tanks where that minimum flow rate is appropriate for the volume and stocking.

- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.
