Maxspect & IceCap Gyre Universal Power Supply Replacement
Maintaining uninterrupted, high-velocity cross-flow water movement in a reef aquarium requires a dependable and properly regulated DC power supply. The Maxspect and IceCap Gyre Universal Power Supply Replacement (SKU: GP-PWRS) is the official OEM transformer brick designed to power the complete lineup of IceCap Gyre pumps, Maxspect XF-series Gyre wavemakers, and the Maxspect Jump 6K DC Water Pump.
Gyre pumps place unique demands on power supplies as they rapidly ramp up and down during complex pulsing and alternating flow schedules. Over years of heavy use, or when exposed to humid environments inside enclosed aquarium stands, the internal components of a power brick can degrade. Replacing a failing or non-responsive power supply with this authentic OEM transformer ensures your pump controller receives the exact voltage and amperage required to prevent motor stalls or erratic operation.
Please Note: This product includes the power supply brick only. The AC wall power cable is NOT included and must be reused from your original unit.

Warranty is activated on the date of purchase.
This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
- To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse, or abuse.
- To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of the owner's or his agent's first knowledge of the defect.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages of any nature, however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.

Installation & Replacement Guidelines:
Disconnect your existing power supply from the wall outlet or power strip to ensure the system is completely depowered.
Unplug the existing AC wall cord from the damaged power brick—you will need to reuse this cable.
Disconnect the DC barrel plug from the input jack on your Gyre wavemaker controller.
Plug your saved AC wall cord firmly into the new GP-PWRS power brick.
Plug the DC barrel connector of the new brick into the power input port of your Gyre controller.
Reconnect the AC wall plug to your electrical outlet and verify that the controller powers on successfully.
Pro Tips:
Reuse Your Standard AC Cable. Because the GP-PWRS does not ship with the wall cord, be sure not to accidentally throw away your original cable when disposing of the broken power brick. If the original cable is lost, it utilizes a standard universal AC computer/monitor style power cord.
Mount in a Ventilated, Dry Zone. Power supplies naturally generate heat when converting AC voltage to DC current. Always place the power brick on a dry, open shelf or mount it to the exterior of your aquarium stand where there is ample airflow, keeping it well away from sump mist or accidental saltwater splashes.
