- Dry-fit your components first. Verify that the outer surface of your ROP-BM40 adapter slides smoothly into your metric 40mm socket fitting, and your US 1-1/4 inch pipe slides into the inside track.
- Use a piece of fine-grit sandpaper or a pipe deburring tool to lightly rough up the gluing surfaces on the adapter, the inside of the metric fitting, and the outside of the US pipe.

- Use a Strict 24-Hour Cure Timeline Before Launching High-Pressure Runs.
