Over years of service, plastic union threads can become cross-threaded, or rubber O-rings can dry out and compress, leading to nuisance drips around water entry and exit ports.
This complete adapter package includes the necessary barbed and threaded bulkhead fittings required to connect water feed lines and gravity drain tubes to the scrubber housing. Precision-molded from corrosion-resistant PVC plastic, each adapter features a custom silicone sealing gasket that forms a reliable watertight seal without requiring high torque during installation.

Installation & Set-Up Guidelines:
Turn off the feed pump supplying your IceCap AGS-200 or AGS-400 Turf Scrubber and drain excess water from the housing.
Unscrew the damaged or old adapter collars from the input and output ports on the scrubber wall.
Clean the surrounding acrylic wall area to remove any salt crust, dirt, or old silicone residue.
Seat the fresh silicone O-rings into the inner groove of the new IP-AGS-200IO fittings.
Hand-tighten the adapter nuts onto the scrubber body ports until firmly snug, connect your feed/drain hoses, and re-establish water flow.
Pro Tips:
- Lubricate O-Rings with Pure Silicone Grease. Before installing new adapter fittings, apply a microscopic film of 100% pure aquarium-safe silicone grease to the sealing O-rings. This prevents rubber binding during hand-tightening and ensures a perfect watertight seal.
- Hand-Tighten Only. Never use pipe wrenches, channel locks, or metal pliers to tighten plastic bulkhead nuts or union collars. Over-tightening with tools can bow or crack the acrylic scrubber wall or split the plastic adapter threads.
