Installation & Overhaul Guidelines:
Turn off the feed pump supplying water to your IceCap AGS-100 PRO Turf Scrubber and unplug the LED lighting system.
Unscrew the quick-disconnect union on the existing spray bar assembly and lift the old plumbing and screen out of the scrubber body.
Seat the new IC-AGS-MESH100 screen firmly into the slot of the new spray bar pipe included in the IC-AGS-PLUMB100 kit.
Lower the new spray bar and screen assembly into the top guides of the scrubber housing and hand-tighten the union collar onto the feed line.
Reconnect the feed pump, adjust the integrated valve until water flows evenly down both sides of the mesh screen, and resume normal operation.
Pro Tips:
- Clean Spray Bar Slots Regularly. Algae can occasionally grow upward into the spray bar slot. During your weekly screen harvesting, use a small nylon brush or pipe cleaner along the spray bar slot to keep water flowing in a smooth, continuous sheet.
- Hand-Tighten Union Collars Only. When installing the quick-disconnect union, hand-tighten the threaded collar firmly. Do not use pipe wrenches or pliers on plastic unions, as overtightening can crack O-ring seats or strip plastic threads.
