- Turn off the skimmer pump and remove the skimmer from the sump.
- Disassemble the skimmer body from the base to access the internal Aquatrance pump.
- Remove the bubble chamber and unscrew the old adapter from the pump's threaded output.
- Wipe the pump threads with a damp cloth to remove any salt or calcium deposits.

Pro Tips:
Do not over-tighten.
