- Map out your plumbing path and mark carrier locations. For 25mm pipe, we recommend a carrier every 2–3 feet for maximum stability.
- Secure the carrier to your mounting surface using a #10 Stainless Steel screw (not included).
- Ensure the carrier is oriented so the pipe can be pressed directly into the opening.
- Firmly press the 25mm metric pipe into the carrier until it is fully seated and locked.
- To release the pipe, simply pull it away from the base; the high-tensile polymer will flex to allow removal.
Pro Tips:
- Check Your Diameter. A 25mm pipe carrier is designed for 25mm OD pipe (approx. 0.98 inches). It will not securely hold standard US 1-inch pipe, which has a larger 1.315-inch OD. Always use a caliper to confirm you are using metric pipe.
- Use 316 Stainless Steel. To prevent unsightly rust streaks inside your stand, always pair these non-corrosive carriers with Grade 316 Stainless Steel mounting screws.
- The "Professional Parallel." If running multiple lines, use a spacer block during installation to ensure your carriers are mounted at the exact same height. This results in perfectly parallel 25mm plumbing runs that look like a factory installation.
