- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of the owner's or his agent's first knowledge of the defect.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages of any nature, however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.

Turn off your VarioS-6S DC skimmer pump controller and allow the rising foam column inside the collection neck to settle down entirely.
Grip the old collection cup firmly at the base of the wide bowl and execute a slight counter-clockwise twist to unlock the neck from the primary skimmer body flange. Lift it straight up.
Remove your red collection cup lid or motorized neck cleaner head assembly from the spent unit and wipe the neck area clean.
Check the thick black silicone O-ring sitting inside the groove on the main skimmer neck body. Clean any salt crust or dried film away with a damp microfiber cloth to ensure a smooth seal.
Take your fresh ROP-CC-REGAL300 collection cup and press it firmly, flat, and straight down into the skimmer neck seal track. Twist clockwise to engage the security lock blocks.
Push your soft vinyl drain line hosing over the bottom bulkhead barb, guide it to your external waste container, place your lid back onto the cup rim, and re-engage power to your pump controller.
Pro Tips:
- Never Clean Acrylic Collection Cups with Harsh Chemical Solvents or Alcohol. When washing your fresh ROP-CC-REGAL300 acrylic cup, always use warm fresh water and a soft non-abrasive sponge. Never use rubbing alcohol, glass cleaners, acetone, or harsh chemical sprays. Chemical solvents react aggressively with cell-cast acrylic—causing it to instantly develop deep internal micro-cracks ("crazing") that permanently cloud the plastic and lead to structural failure under pressure.
- Always Check for an Unlevel Silicone Neck O-Ring Gasket to Avoid Air Shunts. The airtight connection between this collection cup and the main skimmer cone depends entirely on the black silicone ring sitting on the skimmer's neck. If you notice your skimmer pump is struggling to push foam smoothly up into the throat, or if water is slowly weeping out around the cup connection joint, the neck O-ring has rolled or twisted. Pull the cup off, press the ring completely flat into its recessed groove track, and apply a paper-thin film of water or reef-safe silicone grease to let the cup slide into position easily.
