15 Gallon ATO Reservoir for Aquarium Top-Off Water

The IceCap 15 Gallon Freshwater ATO Reservoir holds a fixed amount of top-off water for your auto top-off (ATO) system. The body is fully enclosed, which keeps dust and debris out and limits evaporation. A large opening with a lid lets you refill the tank and reach the inside.

The 15-gallon (56.8 L) size is the largest in the line and measures 15.8 x 13.8 x 15.8 in (L x W x H). A 1/4 in reverse osmosis float valve lets you fill it from your RO unit. Two 1/4 in quick-connect intakes serve ATO units, kalkwasser feed, or other freshwater uses.

Pro Tips:

• Never leave the float valve unattended. The included float valve is not meant to be the only control between your RO unit and the reservoir. Stay nearby while the reservoir fills.
• Do the refill math before you buy. Divide the reservoir's gallons by the gallons your tank tops off each day. If your system uses 1 gallon a day, one fill lasts 15 days.
• Plan for both intakes. The two 1/4 in intakes let one reservoir serve two uses, such as an ATO unit and a kalkwasser feed. Two uses empty it faster, so count both in your refill math.
