Installation & Replacement Guidelines:
Turn off the skimmer pump and lift the collection cup assembly off the skimmer body.
Remove any old or broken lid pieces from the top rim of the collection cup.
If installing a float switch or level sensor, insert the threaded stem of the sensor through the bottom of the pre-drilled port on the IP-SCL-130S lid.
Secure the sensor using its marine-safe plastic retaining nut, ensuring the float mechanism travels up and down freely without binding.
Connect the sensor signal wire to your pump controller’s float switch input or system automation controller.
Set the new lid squarely onto the top rim of the collection cup.
Return the collection cup to the skimmer body, restore pump power, and test the float trigger to confirm that the pump shuts off when the float is lifted manually.
