Because aquarium sump cabinets operate under high humidity, power adapters can suffer from salt creep corrosion, fluid splashes, or electrical wear over time.
This factory replacement power unit converts AC household wall power to the precise direct current required to drive the dual LED grow light strip array (29W total capacity). Regulated voltage output ensures consistent light output along both sides of the growth screen while protecting sensitive light arrays against thermal overload and power spikes.

Installation & Set-Up Guidelines:
Unplug the existing lighting power supply from your wall outlet, digital timer, or aquarium controller.
Disconnect the female DC power leads on the adapter from the male connectors extending from the two LED light strips.
Attach the output leads of the new IC-AGS200-PS power supply firmly to the LED light strip connections until fully seated.
Plug the power transformer brick into a timer or controllable outlet programmed for your preferred reverse photoperiod (typically 12 hours daily).
Verify that both side LED light panels illuminate uniformly across the growth screen.
Pro Tips:
- Incorporate a Drip Loop. Always install a safety drip loop on the AC power wire before plugging into an electrical socket. This prevents condensed water droplets or salt spray from traveling down the power wire into electrical outlets.
- Automate Reverse Daylight Schedules. Plug this power supply into a digital timer to run the scrubber lights for 12 hours opposite your display tank's lighting schedule. Photosynthesis in the scrubber during the night cycle absorbs carbon dioxide and prevents nocturnal pH drops in the main display.
