The IceCap 24 Reef Sump V2 is a purpose-built acrylic reef sump for aquariums in the 60 to 110-gallon range, designed around the equipment and maintenance requirements of a modern reef system. The 24 x 14 x 16-inch footprint fits standard aquarium cabinets in this size class, and the internal layout divides the sump into clearly defined sections: a bubble-diffusing intake chamber, a filter sock compartment with a built-in 4-inch holder, a skimmer section measuring 11.8 x 13.8 inches, and a return pump section at 4.7 x 13.8 inches.

The IceCap 24 sump V2 improves on the original by removing the freshwater reservoir to save space and adding built-in heater holders for secure mounting. It features dual 1-inch intake drains, with the exterior dimensions, skimmer compartment, and return pump section unchanged from V1—so upgrades require no adjustments to cabinetry or plumbing.

Adjustable baffles allow the water depth in the sump to be set between 5 and 9 inches, letting the operator tune the water level without replumbing. A triple probe holder and four-slot tubing holder organize controller probes, ATO tubes, and dosing lines. The compartment lids reduce noise from incoming water, and the bubble-diffusing intake chamber prevents microbubbles from reaching the return section.

The 4-inch filter sock holder is designed to fit the Klir Di-4 Auto Fleece Filter, though the Klir filter is sold separately and not included.
