Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need, and protect it like it matters — because it does.

Last updated: 7-14-26

CoralVue ("CoralVue," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect on coralvue.com and related services (the "Website" or "Services"), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Policy. If you're using the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to this Policy.

Information We Collect

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time on page, search queries, and access times. This is used to detect abuse and understand site usage — not to identify individual users.

Information you provide: Name, email, phone number, and other contact or account details you submit when creating an account, making a purchase, or filling out a form.

From other sources: We may also receive information from public databases, social media platforms, third-party data providers, or marketing partners — such as demographic data, device/location data, or online behavioral data.

You're not required to provide Personal Information, but doing so may be necessary to use certain features (e.g., completing a purchase).

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so we can delete it.

How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage accounts
  • Process and fulfill orders
  • Send marketing, promotions, and product updates (with opt-out available)
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Improve the Website and Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors over encrypted (SSL) connections. We share only the information necessary to process payments, refunds, and related inquiries. Processors' use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to personalize your experience, support site functionality, and gather usage statistics. You can decline cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly as a result.

We use third-party analytics tools to understand site traffic and performance. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information on our behalf.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help operate the Website (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners, IT vendors), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public

We do not sell your Personal Information, but we may share for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Once retention periods expire, data is deleted.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know what Personal Information we've collected, used, and disclosed about you
  • Request deletion of your Personal Information
  • Correct inaccurate Personal Information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information
  • Limit the use of sensitive Personal Information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support.coralvue.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Do Not Track

Because there's no industry-standard way browsers communicate "Do Not Track" signals, our Website does not currently respond to them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data breach notice: If we become aware of a security incident affecting your Personal Information, we will take appropriate steps, which may include notifying affected users and cooperating with law enforcement, consistent with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
