Four-Head Aquarium Dosing Pump and Controller
The HYDROS Blenny is a combined aquarium controller and four-channel micro-liquid dosing system for reef and freshwater tanks. The four independent dosing pumps handle precise delivery of two-part solutions, trace elements, and other liquid supplements, with set speeds of 25, 45, and 55ml/min in both directions. Color-coded dosing heads and tubing keep channels easy to identify, and the heads are rotatable and user-serviceable.
Beyond dosing, the Blenny functions as a standalone HYDROS controller. It connects up to four sense port accessories for monitoring temperature, fluid level, leak detection, flow rate, and TDS, and up to two drive port accessories for powering small 12V DC devices like ATO pumps, cooling fans, solenoids, and cabinet LEDs. Each drive port handles up to 1.5A, with a 3A total maximum across both ports.
The Blenny runs on the HYDROS cloud-based app, which requires no programming. Rules, schedules, and alerts are set through the app using intuitive menus. When paired with the HYDROS XP8 or a compatible WiFi Power Strip or Smart Plug, the Blenny can also control AC outlets for lights, skimmers, pumps, and other equipment. All HYDROS products are engineered, assembled, and supported in the USA.

- Calibrate each dosing head before your first dose. The included calibration beaker is there for a reason. Micro-doser output can vary slightly between heads, and running a timed calibration test before going live ensures your actual dose matches your scheduled dose.
- Use sense ports to protect your investment. Pairing a leak detection sensor with your dosing setup gives you an automatic early warning if a tubing connection fails. A fluid level sensor on your dosing reservoir lets the app alert you when a container runs low before it runs dry.
- Pair with an XP8 for full outlet control. The Blenny handles dosing and monitoring well on its own, but it cannot directly control AC outlets. Adding a HYDROS XP8 or compatible WiFi Power Strip unlocks scheduling and rule-based control over your lights, skimmer, return pump, and other equipment from the same app.

WARRANTY
CoralVue, Inc. hereby guarantees this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of:
- One (1) year warranty on the device body/housing
- One (1) year warranty on dosing pump motor (not dosing head(s))
- Tubing, head rollers, and head bushings are considered wearable parts because they experience regular friction, pressure, and use over time, leading to natural degradation. Since these components are expected to wear out during normal operation, they are not covered under the limited warranty.
Warranty is activated on the date of purchase.
This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
- To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse, or abuse.
- To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of the owner's or his agent's first knowledge of the defect.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages of any nature, however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.
- Download the HYDROS app on your iOS or Android device before powering on the Blenny.
- Mount the Blenny using the included mounting template. The unit can be wall- or cabinet-mounted.
- Thread the four dosing tubing lengths through the dosing heads. Match each tube to its color-coded head.
- Place the free end of each tubing length into its dosing reservoir or container.
- Route the output ends of the tubing to the appropriate dosing point in your aquarium or sump.
- Connect any sense port accessories (temperature sensors, fluid level sensors, leak detectors, etc.) to the available sense ports.
- Connect any drive port accessories (ATO pump, cooling fan, solenoid, etc.) to the available drive ports.
- Connect the power supply and power on the Blenny.
- In the HYDROS app, add the Blenny as a new device and follow the on-screen setup prompts to connect it to your WiFi network.
- Calibrate each dosing pump using the calibration beaker and the calibration function in the app before setting any dosing schedules.
- Set dosing schedules, sensor alerts, and drive port rules through the app.
- If using the Blenny with a HYDROS XP8, WiFi Power Strip, or Smart Plug, pair those devices in the app to enable outlet control rules linked to your Blenny sensors and schedules.
