The Largest EVO Water Pump for High-Demand Systems
The IceCap EVO 4000 is the largest and highest-flow model in the EVO lineup, built for large aquariums or applications that need significant flow and lift. It can be used as a return pump, to provide flow to a media reactor, to feed an algae scrubber, or for other general water-moving tasks in the system.
Delivering up to 1,000 GPH with 8.5ft of maximum head height, the EVO 4000 suits large aquariums or setups with the longest or tallest plumbing runs in the EVO lineup.
All other Key Features and specifications are identical to the IceCap EVO 1000 Water Pump.
Key Features:
- Delivers up to 1,000 GPH of flow, the highest in the EVO lineup
- Maximum head height of 8.5 ft
- Runs on 72 watts
- Same 6.5 x 4 x 5.25in body as the EVO 3000
- 3/4–1in hose barb outlet accommodates larger plumbing
- Suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums
Ideal For:
- Large aquarium return pump applications
- Systems with the longest or tallest plumbing runs
- Feeding a media reactor or algae scrubber that needs maximum flow from the EVO lineup
Pro Tips:
- Match head height to your plumbing run. With an 8.5ft maximum head, the EVO 4000 is best suited to the tallest sump-to-display setups in the lineup.
- Check your outlet size before plumbing in. The 3/4–1in hose barb outlet may require different tubing than the EVO 1000 or 2000.
