Warranty is activated on the date of purchase.
This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
- To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
- To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.
Installing the Seneye Magnetic Holder Pro:
Verify Compatibility:
- Measure your aquarium glass/acrylic thickness
- Holder works with glass/acrylic up to 16mm thick
- Clean the mounting area thoroughly
Position the Holder:
- Place the magnetic holder on the outside of the aquarium glass
- Position at the desired water level monitoring height
- Align the internal magnet on the inside of the glass
- Ensure magnets are securely attached with no gaps
Install Seneye Device:
- Insert your Seneye device into the holder
- Ensure the device is firmly seated and secure
- Verify device is level and properly positioned
- Check that the water level sensor is at the correct height
Test Water Level Alarm:
- Confirm device is taking readings properly
- Check seneye.me dashboard for water level status
- Configure water level alerts in your account
- Test by temporarily lowering the water level (if safe to do so)
Maintenance Tips:
- Periodically check magnetic connection remains secure
- Clean glass and magnets if the holder becomes loose
- Ensure no debris interferes with the magnetic hold
- Reposition if needed for optimal water level detection
Important Notes:
