A Larger Water Pump for High-Flow Applications
The IceCap EVO 3000 steps up further from the EVO 1000 and 2000, built for larger aquariums or applications that need more flow and head height. It can be used as a return pump, to provide flow to a media reactor, to feed an algae scrubber, or for other general water-moving tasks in the system.
Delivering up to 790 GPH with 7.5ft of maximum head height, the EVO 3000 suits larger aquariums or setups with a longer or taller plumbing run than the smaller EVO models can handle.
Key Features:
- Delivers up to 790 GPH of flow
- Maximum head height of 7.5 ft
- Runs on 49 watts
- Larger 6.5 x 4 x 5.25in body suited to higher-volume applications
- 3/4–1in hose barb outlet accommodates larger plumbing
- Suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums
Ideal For:
- Larger aquarium return pump applications
- Systems with a longer or taller plumbing run
- Feeding a media reactor or algae scrubber that needs high flow
Pro Tips:
- Match head height to your plumbing run. With a 7.5ft maximum head, the EVO 3000 handles taller vertical lifts better than the smaller EVO models.
- Check your outlet size before plumbing in. The larger 3/4–1in hose barb outlet may require different tubing than the EVO 1000 or 2000.
