This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
- To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
- To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.
- Unbox your Flipper DeepSee Clear 5" Viewer and inspect both lens faces to ensure they are free of any transit dust. Wipe the surface clean using a fresh microfiber towel if needed.
- Separate the external magnetic handle from the main magnifying viewer body. Warning: These rare earth magnets are extremely powerful. Avoid placing your fingers between the two halves to prevent sudden, painful pinching.
- Place the viewer lens housing flat against the exterior face of your aquarium glass. Bring the anchor handle up to the inner side of your cabinet or glass wall to snap the magnetic lock into position.
- Slide the viewer slowly across your tank to position it directly in front of the coral, fish, or plant you want to inspect.
- Move your eye closer to or further from the viewer lens to find your sweet spot. The built-in focal range is pre-calibrated to cleanly lock onto targets sitting 3 to 12 inches back inside the water column.
- When your viewing session is complete, you can safely leave the viewer attached to a top back corner of your tank. This keeps it out of the main viewing area while ensuring it is ready for quick touch-ups without ever getting your hands wet.
