Maxspect RAZOR Repair Service
Full repair service for the Maxspect RAZOR lighting fixture.
Service cost: $120 - Return ground shipping* (from CoralVue back to you) is included.
Turnaround time: 3-4 business days AFTER fixture arrives at our location.
Warranty: ONE (1) year from date of repair
IMPORTANT: Service DOES NOT include replacement of the power supply.
* US only; Excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico and all other US territories outside the 48 contiguous states.
- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID RMA NUMBER. If you don't have one, please head over to www.coralvue.com/support and submit a ticket to obtain one. Unit will NOT be serviced WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
- Ship the product in proper shipping material. Be sure to insure the shipment as CoralVue and Maxspect ARE NOT responsible for any damages suffered during shipping.
- Include a copy of your "Maxspect RAZOR Repair Service" paid invoice in the box along with your return shipping address.
- Ship the entire unit but DO NOT ship the power supply. Power supply IS NOT included in this service. If you have a bad power supply, you will need to purchase a replacement.
