All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and are re-packaged in heavy duty packaging to ensure your products arrive in top condition. We email the tracking number along with a copy of the invoice once it has been processed. All orders have a 1-2 day processing time, unless the order includes any custom built kit. Large freight shipments have a 3-4 day processing time, unless the order includes any custom built kit. All drop ship orders have a 3-5 day processing time. In the event of a back order, we will contact you via email and/or phone to inform you of the back order. Shipping charges vary with the size of the order and the customer.
Typically we ship with FedEx Ground service unless otherwise requested. Signature service is required ONLY on high value shipments or if requested by the customer. Normally we do NOT require signatures on Ground packages. We can ship using your own FedEx or UPS account number but a small handling fee will be charged depending on the size of your order. For large freight shipments we use UPS Freight or Fedex Freight.
All damages must be reported to our office WITHIN 48 hours of receipt. Please email or call to notify us of any damaged products that you receive. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in denial of credit. Please be sure that you have received all cartons you are signing for, and that none are damaged.
All international orders are shipped using FedEx, DHL, or the US Mail service. The US Mail service is at your own risk. We will insure the package but if there is damage you will have to file a claim with your carrier and often it takes a very long time.
If you are a new international customer, placing an order with us for the first time, we only accept a bank wire transfer. Once we are in good standing, we can begin accepting Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We require a faxed copy of your credit card (front and back) and a copy of your identification. However, we regret that we cannot accept credit card payments from some countries.
